I have been unable to access Internet for 5 days now have tried switching on and off and re-entering passcode still nothing happens

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@George59 have you reported the loss of service? Sounds like a line issue so unless the service checker in the MySky app run over a mobile connection tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line it wont get fixed until you tell Sky.
