I am showing as Connected without Internet, all tests indicate no issues, have tried al the resets to no avail.   Does anyone have any ideas?

Mine is the same. Wifi is working but no internet... but everything is showing working fine!?

@LeeannePGE & @JJH1987 if the led on your Sky hub is amber your hub has lost connection to the exchange if a simple power down reboot doesnt restore a green light then rerun the online test.  This time ignore the result saying things are OK that was run some hours ago instead click to run the test now.  

 

If the system tells you Sky are aware of a fault in your area then you will have to wait unitil that is fixed. If Sky are not aware your next step is to call them and report the loss of service and they will get Openreach out to check your line.

Appreciate your answer.  All lights active showing as Connected and tests run again saying all is working.... yet still no Internet.   My issue now comes where I dont get a signal in my property to be able to call as I usually use WiFi calling.    Stone walls and 5G/4G don't mix well!

@LeeannePGE stonewalls block wifi signals as well but I assume you are trying to connect in the same room as the hub. If all the lights are green try powering down the hub for 60 minutes as that can clear a fault with Sky's servers which has the same symptoms.
