No internet

At 9pm my sky stopped working , I tried restarting, turning off but still no internet, not sure what to do

Is this happening regularly daily or a one-off? If it has happened once then wait until the morning to see whether it fixes itself, otherwise please supply further information on the first sensitive question.

@Nitram63 if your connection is still down run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobile connection if the result it displaysxsays everything is ok click to run the test again the test should then tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report the problem and they will get it checked out.
