Hub/ro

Hi, i need a sky broadband hub/router replacement as 2 of ethernet ports are working intermittently. They keep connecting and disconnecting and i have replaced the ethernet cables so i know there ok.

@Vauxhallmech The forum is a customer to customer help and you are not talking to anyone at sky,

you would need to call 150 from your landline to report this as a faulty hub and see if they will replace it.

Have you swapped connections on the ethernet, if so the devices connected to your faulty lan ports would now show issues.
