Hub hasn't arrived and it's due to go live tomorrow

My sky hub for the broadband hasn't arrived and it's due to go live tomorrow, don't want to pay for something that I don't have

There is still a chance that it could turn up today or tomorrow and if it doesn't you will have to get in touch with Sky about it. You will start being billed but you are free to ask for a credit to be added to your account if you are without your broadband due to this.
