Sky hub lost it's power early hours Saturday morning 21st September, have tried calling sky but no answer after holding for 45 mins - help!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Grahams2 if you have had a thunder storm that has probably damaged the router. You do need to talk to Sky to get it replaced. Sky had a major issue with Sky Stream and Glass which is why their phones were so busy. Things should be better tomorrow.
