Error message your sky broadband isn’t showing any info

It's been like this for ever. Is it a fault or is this a normal situation?

@white-cross it is likely you are not signing in on the Sky ID linked to thecaccount or the id is screwed if the latter call Skybto get it dorted butveithercway if the service is working I wouldnt worry too much.
