Hub connecter

Hello our hub the connection to the box in the wall and the hub snapped

@Louise199 If you have full fibre to an ONT then the lead is a cat5e ethernet cable.

If the connection is to an OR master socket then it is an RJ11 connection.

Ethernet has 8 pins all connected, RJ11 has 6 pins only 3 and 4 connected 2 wires only.
