How to disable MAP-T

I need MAP-T disabled on my broadband as I can't connect to my works VPN. How do I go about doing this?

I need to disable MAP-T

Hi, I need to disable MAP-T. My VPN through work cannot detect.

 

Please can this be done by a sky staff employee. The customer advisors didn't have a clue.
