@Emdrew1 Unless you are having a whole new 2nd line installing you won't need a 2nd router, nor will Sky provide one.
If you using your existing line you need either a network switch or a Access Point. but will be out of your own pockect.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
