How on earth do I upgrade to Wifi Max Hub?
How am I supposed to uprgrade to Sky wifi max hub? The website makes it damn near impossible. Every time click on to "Upgrade to Sky Max", I just get the message "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have been unable to proceed with your order.".
I cannot find a phone number to phone them either.
My wifi keep dropping out and when I go to test it on the My Sky app, it tries to tell me that everything is okay, but when I try to run a test, it keeps telling me that they are experiencing "Technical difficulties". I have never managed to successfully run a test yet.
My current router is the old one and insists on using Channel 36, on which there is a lot of interference, but I can't seem to be able to choose another channel. Anyway, I'd like to have wifi 6 and the old router only supports previous standards.

To call Sky just dial 150 free from your Sky Takk landline.

Thank you, but I don't have a landline. My landline disappeared when I upgraded to Full Fibre. I need a proper landline number.

Re: How on earth do I upgrade to Wifi Max Hub?
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Sorry, but that still doesn't help. When I click on the "need more help" dropdown/link, it just sends me to an empty page. No text on the page apart from the surrounding Sky stuff. Like the image below.
