Hi, My Sky Broadband hub has never been great and lately it's been dropping out. It's probably about 3 years old. How do I go about ordering a new one? Thank you.

@Docklands+LNE So you are looking for the White broadband Max router. That is more locked down than the one you have. Are you sure it is the hub dropping out and not the connection as @cookiemonsteruk asked you for your router stats to figure out what is going on.

@Righeadgarage You need to call sky then and let then know that fact! Dial 150 from your landline if it is working or the same number if you have a sky mobile!
