Devices should be visible in the standard admin settings.

To remove wireless devices, change the WiFi password and only teach the devices you want the new one

Ethernet hardware cannot be 'blocked': traditionally unplugging it works quite well ; )

I hope not: that would be a huge security hole.

'What is my IP' returns the external public IP address dynamically assigned by the ISP, not that of the Hub on the local network (which by default for Sky is 192.168.0.1), and public IP absolutely shouldn't divulge what hardware is behind it.

Re: How do I see what devices are connected to my wifi

If you have the My Sky App (and have Sky Broadband) select Braidband within the App and  then Run tests, it will then check connectivity to the hub and list the devices connected.

That's very helpful thanks @TimmyBGood

When I try to change the WiFi password, he asks me for my account and password. I inserted my Sky log-info but it doesn't work...which info should I input?

Thanks

Re: How do I see what devices are connected to my wifi

Hi, Sky used to show you all the devices connect to your WiFi, now they just seem to confirm the total number only. How do I get to see the details again? Thanks

@My+Cheese if you typec192.168.0.1 into a browser you should see the Hub's interface landing page scroll down for everything networked.

Latest versions of ios use default to only showing unknown on that list so dont assume anything listed as unknown is an interloper its probably an Apple device being shy.

Re: How do I see what devices are connected to my wifi

I'd be interested if anyone could tell me a quick and easy way to decipher all the different devices that are connected to my WIFI - the names they use mean nothing to me (eg Amazon XXXXX)  other than it might be one of three or four different devices.

thanks
