Second house move in 3 months

We recently moved house into a temporary rental and moved our sky broadband with us. We now need to move again and wish to bring our broadband with us but I don't seem to be able to request a house move as they haven't yet received the returned equipment, so I can't get beyond that page to request a further move. Any way round this?

Calling Sky is all you can do regarding this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
