How do I rename my wifi network

Hi all,

I am trying to rename my wifi network. I have gone to the 192.168.0.1 page, but when I click on 'change wifi network name', it asks for a login and password. I have tried admin and my current wifi password but that doesn't work! Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Kirsty 🙂

That's a graphic I created with the different Hub models and their username/password combinations.

Which Hub do you have?

Aaah ok I see. I have the Sky Broadband Hub.

OK: administering the Broadband Hub is known to be glitchy if accessed over WiFi from an Apple device using the Safari browser.

If this isn't the case then you may need to manually reset the Hub to its factory defaults and log in that way.
