Wifi isnt getting to my Alexa strong enough for the voice control to work

@Lynn1974  Have you tried rebooting alexa?   Is Alexa connected to the internet at all?  If it is then the issue will be with alexa not responding to voice commands.

 

What happens when you ask Alexa something?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
