How do I get WiFi max hub

I currently have the highest broadband they offer ultrafast £43 month but I have the old router black. Sr203 I believe. My contract ends 03/2025.

Should I be getting the max hub as standard or is it extra?

The white Max Hub is now the default hardware for all new FTTP, but prior to that it was an additional cost add-on.

The be honest, unless you really need Parental Controls there are numerous posts in this forum which suggest the Sky Broadband Hub may still be preferable.

Thanks for reply..

To be honest my child is coming of age where protection will be useful.

Should I wait till march or am I allowed to ask for a white router now and enter a new contract I assume?

Many thanks

Parental Controls are an added cost extra (with the WiFi Max service) rather than just bundled with the Max Hub hardware.  I suspect Sky would be very happy to sign you up, although they won't currently do so if the address has multiple Sky Q television boxes.
