I have been trying to book a home move for 2 weeks - I keep getting to the page to put in the new postcode and it says "unable to book, try again later" how can I get this resolved? The bot will not let me speak to a human

Unfortunately that method doesn't work, don't know why Sky still have it there. You'll need to ring them but I would say two to three weeks notice will be required.

Realistically all bookings made now will be getting dates in the second or third week of 2024 at the earliest
