Were trying to set up the sky hub on the actual live date which is today but the screen on tv is stating there seems to be a problem with your broadband and not connecting we tried everything from connecting to the hub not working the lights are on from the router yellow Amber and power no Internet connection just 3 solid green lights

You would get notifications from us that everything is up and running, so it's best to wait for them before trying to setup.

We didn't know that was the case just rang them and said what you just said many thanks cheers 👍 I thought it would be activated today to use but we didn't know that was the reason

All 3 green lights are lit on the hub but still nothing shown on tv screen it.will change cheers 🍻
