Re: High ping on ethernet / can I get switched to Fast Path?
@snetta you are very unlikely get a reply from Sky on this forum. However as far as I know Sky still do not offer any options on FTTC profiles but this question has not come up recently. The DLM system is always running and can introduce interleaving but usually only briefly but fast psth has never been an option with Sky The fact you are having issues implies your line is impacted to some extent.if you have a black hub post your hub's connection stats Sky Hub statistics
Assume you are aware that switching to fast path inevitably means the line is more likely to drop if there is any invcrease in noise interleaving is only introduced to help stabile the line? Sky offer no guarantees on latency and Openreach are increasingly unwilling to do more than the absoliute minimum on FTTC lines. If you have the option switch to full fibre which should have lower latency or switch to an ISP like Zen who are more willing to go the extra mile.
