Hi my internet down since yesterday evening and still not working dis morning .

My internet down since yesterday evening. And still down now can't watch anything on tv can u please sort it out.

@Ben143 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Can you when the service checker completes its check and it is green or if shows amber or red could you follow the directions on what it needs to fix. But if green can you please click on broadband so that it can do an updated check to see if it finds the fault.
