No Internet for 24 hrs in NR13 area since yesterday .when will this b fixed pl

Outage in Norwich NR13 since yesterday afternoon. When will this b fixed pl. Thx

Yes. Showing an outage. Cannot get info on when will b restored

Unfortunately Sky can only give such updates when provided by Openreach. 

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).

It'll depend on where and what the fault is…

~ do Openreach have to dig the road or pavement upon in which case they have to firstly seek permission from the local council 

~ if something major has happened such as a vehicle hitting a green cabinet that will likely take longer still.

Still no internet. Day 3.  It is so frustrating that Sky can't give anymore details. Update last night was main fault fixed but still a problem for many people in area. Advised last night by advisor  2 wait another 24 hr. That will take us to day 4 without internet.
