Hi ,I moved house last week I contacted Sky to the installation you email me to check if I have the ONT box that connects the fibre in the new house.I don't have one and the engineer
checked it yesterday aswell what do I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Marie15 you need to give Sky the information they asked for.so they can get one installed. If an engineer visited in all probability they will have been told. However its worth checking the message has got through. Your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum they should be in touch inviting you onto a private chat through the forum where a chat icon will be added.
