Mine too! This is ridiculous, everything was down for most of Wednesday, fixed in the evening and then went off again about 10 minutes ago! I wouldn't be so frustrated but given what I pay for Sky and how expensive all the services are, I expect a better service than this.

The lady 3 days no Wi-Fi, ridiculous, fixed it yesterday now 6th sep gone again , no explanations...sick of it.

At the time of night you've all posted it could be maintenance taking place. Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open in the morning give Sky a call to report it.

This is two days in a row first day no internet all day then last night again I no bt were working on it allday yesterday but if they doing planned service on the internet then sky should message people to inform them have to say after over 20 years with sky they have become a joke

I don't know about other ISP's but Sky do not inform customers of impending maintenance. It stands a chance Openreach don't even tell the ISP's that it's planned. 

edit: I don't use social media so wasn't aware of the info from @Highlinder

@Deb2003  Sky normally if they are doing planned maintence, put this information out on the social media feeds on what exchanges are going to be offline for around a 6 hour period.
