I have rebooted my old Mac and it is saying it requires WPA2 enterprise credentials and it has 2 fields to enter the Username and Password?

Should be on the taskbar, if so it's that which you should be using to connect over wifi.
From the screen shots you've provided you seem to be in the settings menu?

Enterprise credentials (with a username and password) would be inappropriate for a Sky Hub and almost any other domestic ISP router because such hardware typically uses WPA2 or WPA3 PSK (pre-shared key) by default, and those only require a 'password' (actually a security key) to be entered for any particular SSID and have no concept of 'user name'.
As the terminology suggests, WPA-Enterprise is a large organisation thing found on serious networks running a RADIUS server for individual user identification and authentication.
