Help! Broadband downtime schedule not working

Hi I'm really desperate for help as been trying to set up some sort of down time schedule on my wifi for a month or two now and every time I try to log in online and make any kind of update or change to the Sky admin router it chucks me out and nothing saves. I'm getting no where and my stepson is bypassing all broadband shield and even changing his IP address to get round any restrictions I did have in place! He has no school routine because of how late he stays up gaming at night and turning the wifi off at the wall every night can't be healthy for the box long term. Any thoughts please? Can sky add some sort of quiet time or disconnect our internet for us at particular times upon request? He keeps finding ways to get round the restrictions we put in place.

@92Jade Sky's default parental controls are unlikely to be able to do what you want. If your step son is reasonably tech savy as you post he will know how to get round most systems that use web filtering like Broadband Shield. The only 100% sure way is to phyisically disconnect the service which of course inconvencies other oeople in the home. Even that is not proof if he has mobike data access.

Sky sell a new package called Wifi Max which includes the ability to control access down to a device level it costs £7.50 a month which gives you a new router with parental controls built-in. This is an improvement but again I would expect a tech savy kid or even one who only has a basic understanding themselves but who has mates will find a way round that pretty quickly.
