Have you checked to see what speeds are availablewat the new address?

Can i kindly get the direct line to call? Thank you
You could enter your new address in the checker below
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
The top 2 lines if fttc is available will show your speeds
If domestic full fibre is available it will show as wbc fttp
Contact sky on 150 from your sky landline or
Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
WBC FTTC
Says unavailability
Does it give you vdsl and speeds at the top or just adsl
It gives me Vidal range A and B
What speed range and handback threshold?
76.6 range A
75.1 range B
i do not understand handbook threshold,
Looks like a good line. The handback threshold is simply a prediction of your guaranteed speed and should be somewhere between range A & range B handback threshold further along the vdsl row.
So what next?
What do I need to do next?
