Having issues with internet

Been having issues with internet for 4 days. 
can search websites however wattsapp/ tick tok and instagram wont load new content. Having unplugged at the wall and re setting the box i was hoping it was a simple turn on and off again howveer it isnt the case.

I've been having the same issue for the last few days as well. WiFi doesn’t connect in some rooms all of a sudden for the past few days.
