Poor Broadband Speed
I currently get Broadband superfast and have sky max. Since 11th May my broadband has been so slow. I contacted sky and was informed an openreach engineer would investigate but didnt require me to be in and would inform me when this is under investigation.
Today whilst our an engineer visited my property and another tradesman doing some work informs me that he asked if i was in put his toolbag down and then walked off never to return.
i now have a text to say my broadband issue is fixed.... no it isn't. I'm still getting 8.9Mb/s.... which is poor! I go back onto test my connection and I get the following screenshot.... what do I do?

Re: Poor Broadband Speed
@Kate79 What speeds are you supposed to be getting between if you are on Superfast broadband?

Re: Poor Broadband Speed
Guaranteed minimum download speed is 18.6Mb/s i've checked today and the speed is 39.3Mb/s so maybe they have sorted it? I'll keep my eye on it 🙂

Re: Poor Broadband Speed
@Kate79 That would be a good idea and if you have any other issues just come back.
