Have a problem, think I know the solution but can't talk to a human to sort it

Have Sky phone and internet. The internet drops occasionally but more worrying is the phone won't ring but calls are registered. This could be most likely a faulty line card in the exchange, not providing any ringing current; if I could get through to someone other than the chat bot (useless) or the contact page (72 hrs) they could sort out the issue fairly quickly - if that's the issue and it does sound like it.

Also I can't call out - my number registers at the other end but doesn't ring and they can't hear me.

Edit; I've finally found a number and I'm waitimg to speak to someone, and I'm using skype as my landline doesn't......

@howardfh i have escalated your post to Skybwhomshould be intouchbeither later tonight or tomorrow to offer an online chst via the forum. Look out fir a chat button appearing which will,stay open for 48 hours. Hopefully they can help you.
