We had a puff of wind last week and as usual the Fibre Broadband went off, I have tried everything that can be done on there website and phone number and everything just loops back to the same thing. Ask for help ... get sent a text to go to web link to report.... link takes me back to You have a problem call us..... Number is an invallid number... Google there contact number.... 12 min @ 35c later sends me a text to go on website... You have a problem call us......... and so on and on and on... So end result we have no broadband.. no way to report it and still paying for fresh air... Why in this day and age are we left dealing with a company that has NO way to contact them when we do have an issue...
Please please dont anyone tell me to restart my router etc etc... the fault is not at our end its because Circet they are stringing up fibre cables through trees and across fields and expecting there to be no issues if its wet or windy !!

Numbers found on Google coukd be costly.
From a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile dial 150 to call Sky (free) or alternatively use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
Similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

I have come accross this "advice" elsewhere as well, I tried it .... Up untill it swallowed 10 euros off my phone.. Sorry but that is not good advice in my opinion... What we are looking for is a customer service number that is not premium rate... A website that actually works ... Some way to "get there attention" in order to report the failure in there system. I presume they are operating on the principal that if you CANT report itthere is no fault.. no fault no claims !!... I cant think why but i have a helluva deja vu (Removed)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs far as I know the 0818 ROI calls are not free to non Sky Talk/Mobile callers but aren't premium rate either. The advice is correct.

Just had a thought as to how to attract there attention... I have stopped my direct debit and put a note on it that I will reinstate the payment when someone from Sky contacts me and accepts that there is A FAULT on the line. (Removed)

That wouldn't be permitted by the regulator in the UK, which I'd assume is also the case with their equivalent in RoI.

If not permited by "the regulator" then why do Sky have no contact number or link to report an outage ?? And very little in ROI is the same as England

(Removed) you have a go at calling the number you both seem convinced is the ANSWER to all the problems..... Have fun in the loop that you get put through.. I am disabled and rely on a good broadband connection for everything. I am thanks to SKY down to mobile data at 2mbps and NO WAY whatsoever to report this to SKY.... (Removed) what a joke

It may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these three links:~
https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/accessibility-information-sky-mobile-broadband-and-talk-customers
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/third-party-assistance
I'm not sure whether the same support is available to ROI customers.
