@Largan @One thing I suspect is the same in ROI, if you cancel your payment method and fall into arrears, Sky will not speak to you at all until your account is paid up to date and you've reinstated your payment method.

So 3 weeks on with no bb fibre and after calling NBI 18 times they have finally sorted the cable that is lying on the ground, wrapped around trees and just a total joke. I followed 5 miles of cable from my house nad its a disgrace where it has been put up, They have actually nailed it to 80' trees, and surprise surprise it broke.
So today all the lights lit red on the NBI box but no internet light on the SKY router, tried all the stuff to try and please dont ask me to phone Sky on the bot help nonsense as its just a money sucking waste of time, loops back to beginning .. And please dont reply if you are in the UK as ROI is not in any way the same as the UK service.
What I want is a "Contact" number for Sky ROI in Dublin and not a load of chit chat that tells me how glorious Sky is...
Again 3 weeks with zero internet and no way whatsoever to contact a "HUMAN" at Sky.ie to report this...

@Largan
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
FYI Sky Ireland Customer Services do not open over weekends.

As I have said a dozen times the 0818 number takes around 9 miniutes to take you back to the start, on my Vodafone deal this number is charged at 35c per min with a 79c connection cost, all it is is an automated set of messages that lead back to the begining then hangs up... cost to me so far trying to use that number is 12.78 euros and still no help from Sky at all........
Here mate why dont you have a go at calling this number and get back to me...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI can't ring the number as I'm in the UK. We've already said the lines aren't open over a weekend. We've also said the ROI number isn't free but as customers that's not our decision. Did you try the Accessibility Team link that was advised earlier in this thread?
