@KC245 you have pisted in the Sky Broadband forum failure of a hardcdisc is not a broadband issue. If the disc in your Sky Q box has failed call Sky as they will replace the box. If its a Sky+HD box Sky no longer offer support so then you will either need to source a replacement disc yourself, there are guides for how to replace discs online, or of course you could buy a replacement box.
