Sky engineer was booked to turn up between 8am and 1pm to install ultrafast broadband. I can't contact sky's call centre as their phone lines are now, due to the Microsoft IT outage.
You may have to call Sky tomorrow as Openreach update their ISP's overnight on issues such as this.

Same here. Very annoying as they have already rescheduled this twice and I had to call Virgin to request them to extend the cutoff period by a week previously.
