Router settings not visible in mysky

Hi All,

Yesterday lunch time the Sky engineer fitted my new Sky Hub Max. Over 24 hours later the network configuration / settings are still not visible in the mysky app.

Upon advice on other forum articles, I've tried restarting the router and uninstalling the app. No luck unfortunately.

I need to access the settings to change the network name, preventing me having to reconnect 35 devices to the new network name.

FYI - I have the 500Mbps package but didn't specifically order or pay for the sky hub max router.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how to resolve this?

Thanks!

The Max Hub is now the default hardware for all Sky Ultrafast connections: what you don't get unless you opt to pay extra is the WiFi Max service with Parental Controls and loan of booster pods.

The failure of the Max administration settings to appear in the Go app is a complete pain, but unfortunately there's little to do but wait for them to appear (particularly as you probably won't get through by phone to Sky today)
