@Tonibostock  Your only asking other custmers not Sky, you do also need to allow more than 2 minutes for a reply.

 

Have you reported the outage to Sky?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Tonibostock you are oaying for a domestic internet connection which comes with a service level for fixes which is two full working days from the report. Therefore a fault reported on Saturday would not be over due until Wednesday, After that compensation is paid as required by Ofcom see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
