cant create sky id

When i try to create a sky ID. I type in my 6 digits of my bank account number and my last name. It tells me that the information doesn't match which I know it does.

When you ordered Sky Broadband what payment details did you use, a direct debit or a credit/debit card ?

A direct debit is taken directly from a bank account so a debit card plays no part in it so have you supplied your bank account number and sort code for a direct debit ?

Yess I have given iban number and bic number. And then I received email of confirmation and in same email asked me to create skyid. But when I tried, it's giving me error

@Sanoop yiu need to talk to Sky who should be able to sort this for you.
