Full fibre keeps dropping on and off

We've just switched from the copper line to full fibre 300 but we've had nothing but issues with the connectivity on all of our devices. It's not showing any issues and when a speed test is conducted it's fine and as it should be, but every device buffers, won't load up and we have to turn the WiFi off and on again for it to work. We had no issues on the copper line and no additional devices have been added.

@Sarah21985 assume Sky have sent you a new white hub? If so is it consistently showing a white light which shows it is connected to the line properly? If it is check that the hub is in the best position possible which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. You may need to get a longer ethernet lead if the ONT unit is tucked away in a corner. The WiFi range of the new hub is roughly the same as the old black hubs so there should not be any issues if it is in the same place.
