Is my wifi extender working?.

Hi.

I have 2 green lights lit on my sky WiFi extender.... power and Wi-Fi.

however there is and light in between the other 2 but it is not illuminated. This light says Connected, but it's not lit up. Is this correct ?

if not, what action do I need to take please as I'm struggling to get Wi-Fi to my EV charger.

@PC1234567891 Sky boosters should show 3 green lights so it sounds like your's has lost its connection to your hub. Boosters only work when they have a strong connection to the hub so try moving it closer and trying to connect it there.

Getting WiFi outside your home is often tricky due to external walls being double thickness
