Full Fibre Installation

Hi.

We're having Full Fibre installed on Tuesday but having received a text from OpenReach I have a query which to me at any rate, seems quite complicated. I've called Sky twice this morning but have only received text messages with links that have not been helpful.

Does anyone know of a number I can call Sky on to actually speak to someone please?

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk ( full numbers aren't permitted on the forum)

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free

The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

Thanks for that. I called 150 and ignored all the offered options and eventyally spoke to an actual person!  Thanks again!!
