Free Norton 360
When I try to sign up for free 12 month Norton 360, I am getting a message 'You have already reached the maximum enrolment's allowed. Any idea how I can sort this. Customer services, when I can speak to anyone, have no idea. Norton refer me back to Sky.

@Rob+Hart Did you follow all the steps to activate Norton as per ths:
How do I redeem my free trial?
Only Sky Broadband and/or Sky Mobile customers who are signed up to Sky VIP can redeem this free trial. Please follow the below steps:
- Open your My Sky app then select VIP. Scroll down through your rewards to find the offer.
- Enter your details then select Redeem Now.
- On the Norton website, enter your details then select Next to go to your order summary, where you’ll need to do your final steps before selecting Agree and Pay now. Remember: You won’t be charged until your one-year free trial is up.
- Check your emails and set up a password for the Norton portal.

Re: Free Norton 360
When I have followed all the steps, I get a pop up saying, ' This special offer is for members only' and a message saying ' You have reached the maximum enrolments allowed'. I contacted Norton, and after an age and countless questions, their operator said I need to get a product key from Sky. Getting through to a human at Sky is almost impossible. The virtual assistant just wants to refer me to the online help.
