Broadband conversion kit 1

Hi please can you help me had a text from sky today that I am being sent  a broadband conversion kit 1 (which I believe is just a cable) but I don't have a optical network terminal (ont) nothing has been mentioned about if an open reach installer has been booked or if I need an (ont) please can someone advise me many thanks

If Openreach are due to visit to install the fibre connections for you then the conversion kit is just a a cable that will be needed to connect your broadband hub to the ONT which should be installed by Openreach or if you are in there area then it will be Cityfibre.

Just says kit posted nothing at all about an engineer visit

Do you see an activation date shown on your account ?

If it is Openreach doing the work have you received any emails from them ?

29th for activation no email from openreach

When did you place the order ?

If your activation date in the 29th July then Openreach or Cityfibre will either turn up on this day to do the work or a few days earlier.
