Hi, I have forgotten my Wi-Fi password. Please can you help

The WiFi credentials are usually on a sticker on the underside of the router.

Typically you'd need to carry out a hardware reset to revert the router to its default settings, which will include the printed credentials. Sky (or any other ISP) would not have a record of what a password was changed to.
