Requested 20 th January for broadband connection, but received email connection will be 24 th January..?

@cbliss If you only placed the order within the last day or so the 24th wil be the earliest Openreach will do the work, they need at least 10 working days notice.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
