Fibre underperforming

We had full fibre installed on Monday morning and it's been terrible since. I am struggling to hold video calls and our devices (including tv) keep losing connection. It is vital we get this resolved soon. We had a better service and signal strength in rooms with our old broadband.

@Lux4D When you had the FF installed, did you keep the old hub but it moved position to where the new ONT was placed?
