Having problems connecting my mini sky Q box to the Wi-Fi and sky Q. Also the Wi-Fi keeps logging out on our phones. Wi-Fi isn't reaching all over the house. Was advised it would when we signed up.

@David519 What Sky hub are you using with the connected service as you say this is new, Q and mini, where they all exisiting on the other ISP connection!
