Fibre with a speed of 950 keeps dropping WiFi, disconnecting feom the sky boxes and hub

Several times a day for the last 8 weeks or more the main sky box, and all mini boxes disconnect feom the router, the speed never drops but the equipment seems to fail. Turning everything off every time for 30 seconds fixes the issue but when you have to do this several times a day it gets tedious. Every time you have to do this it also seems to sign you out from all the apps on each of our 4 tvs and again this is a tedious logging in process which we are now getting bored of doing. We also had a new telegraph pole put in and a 2nd new line put in which has been fixed to a lower point on the house wall below the 1st floor window sill because the cable left coiled by bt engineers wasnt long enough, it also isnt clipped in against the house wall before it goes into the junction box due to the acute angle probally because the cable was to short during installation. We are fed up now.

@Badgernow Are you saying that you had a good working system and you have not changed the sky hub,   BUT it has moved to the new position to suit where the Fibre was and now is installed?

The Hub was also changed at the point of the fibre being installed, I believe we have skymax, with every option to aid speead and signal, we have 1 repeater box and 3 mini boxes that act as repeaters in a standard build cavity wall house

@Badgernow Pretty sure i have read sky max and it's One sky Q main box and One sky mini box. nothing else, but one off the superuser's can confirm that, so you have sky Max, the worst possible combonation off hub and Q mesh.

This may be a nightmare to sort out and you may not like what has to be done. So be prepared as they say...

Think it may have to all go Ethernet for Q and Mini's and HOT spot is all going to die, so no wi-fi about the place....

Please can you check if you have the Sky Q extender or the Sky Broadband Extemder. See the link to go look did both hub and boosters.!

@Badgernow Do you feel it would be an imposition to try turning something off, number one would be the Sky Max Podcast as you have said you have, The sky Broadband booster happy with and hope that it has all 3 lights on it, you said 3 mini's but i only see two on your list.

Hope that the position off the Sky Max hub is good enough and that the booster stay's connected, three green good, an amber middle not so good.

Trying to see if the pod is clashing with the Broadband booster.

@Badgernow Can you please have a read on this linked post of the Q Forum when you get a minute. I ditched all my Q years ago in favour of my own sat box and networking. But having to go sort FF BB and Q next week for neighbour and hopefuly its a Qhub out for the SR203, but all changing from Back to the Front off property because of the stupid OR Fibre position but after 9 months of waiting the owner wants to just get the fibre in and deal with all the other poo poo later.
