Fibre optic broadband

Hello I've been with Sky for over 10 yrs never had an issue with anything but recently was co reacted saying I need to change to fibre optic broadband.

i did and they not only changed where the box went ( which meant I couldn't connect my Ethernet to my tv anymore so waste of Netflix payment) but last night my WiFi cut off completely from 10pm to 330am it's annoying on a Friday night not being able to connect to the internet or WiFi. It cuts off loads of times is anyone else having issues with this fibre optic rubbish?

Broadband over 21st century optical fibre is generally far more reliable than forcing digital data over copper phone pairs which Alexander Graham Bell would recognise.

WiFi however can be distinctly variable, particularly from a white Max Hub as a large number of posts to this forum would demonstrate.
