Can't connect WiFi to Xbox one any help appreciated Used to connect to virgin and and BT but now we have sky won't connect

Message on tv screen just states....can't connect check your name and password Worked with Virgin no problem but changed to sky last week All mobiles and laptops connect

With a white Max Hub you'd almost certainly need to reduce the Sky Broadband wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

The Xbox One is now an antique and cannot support WPA3 encryption.
