Fibre cable broken

Hi, a contractor working at our property has accidentally broken our overheard fibre cable into our house and we have no WiFi as a result. Can we please book openreach in to replace it. Thank you.

@Jack207 You will have to call Sky so they can report the issue to Openreach and get you an engineer booked,

@cassally How does any system distinguish between loss of contact because a hub is unplugged from a line fault?
